Jonathan Kesler is a Leavenworth entrepreneur, operator, and civic-minded leader focused on economic expansion, enterprise creation, and long-range opportunity for working families. As President and Founder of Thrive Local Foundation, he leads efforts centered on business development, operational systems, and place-based revitalization.

His background spans nonprofit leadership, company-building, workflow design, transportation service, and hands-on operations. He has built and managed ventures including ThriveKS Foundation, MTA Trading LLC, and Leavenworth Claw, while remaining active in Leavenworth’s civic and commercial environment through organizations such as Grow Leavenworth County and the Chamber of Commerce.

He is focused on strengthening the conditions that allow families, employers, and local enterprise to stay and grow in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Rachel Kelser serves as Vice President of Thrive Local Foundation. As part of the board’s leadership team, she supports the organization’s mission to strengthen local business growth, expand opportunity, and help build long-term momentum for Leavenworth.

Her role includes supporting board direction, organizational development, and the practical work required to help Thrive grow into a durable local institution.

Ally Allison serves as Secretary of Thrive Local Foundation. She brings local business perspective and community connection to the board, helping support clear communication, organizational structure, and mission alignment.

Her leadership contributes to Thrive’s focus on practical local progress, strong community relationships, and building systems that support businesses and families in Leavenworth.

Reynaldo Rivera serves as a Director of Thrive Local Foundation. He adds business and community perspective to the board and supports the organization’s mission to strengthen local opportunity, entrepreneurship, and long-term economic growth in Leavenworth.
