Jonathan Kesler is a Leavenworth entrepreneur, operator, and civic-minded leader focused on economic expansion, enterprise creation, and long-range opportunity for working families. As President and Founder of Thrive Local Foundation, he leads efforts centered on business development, operational systems, and place-based revitalization.

His background spans nonprofit leadership, company-building, workflow design, transportation service, and hands-on operations. He has built and managed ventures including ThriveKS Foundation, MTA Trading LLC, and Leavenworth Claw, while remaining active in Leavenworth’s civic and commercial environment through organizations such as Grow Leavenworth County and the Chamber of Commerce.

He is focused on strengthening the conditions that allow families, employers, and local enterprise to stay and grow in Leavenworth, Kansas.
