  • How do I add a new location?
    Open Locations → tap + → enter the location details → tap Save.
  • Where do I log a service visit?
    Open a location → go to Visits → tap + → complete the form → Save.
  • How do I track expenses?
    Go to Expenses → tap + → enter the amount and details → Save.
  • Does WorkPilot OS require an account?
    WorkPilot OS is designed to be usable immediately. Just open the app and start adding locations, visits, and expenses.
  • My app icon didn’t update — what do I do?
    iOS can occasionally cache app icons. Try restarting your iPhone, or deleting and reinstalling the app. If it still doesn’t update, contact support.
