What to prepare

To move efficiently, be ready with:

  • Project scope and use of funds
  • Business plan (or expansion plan)
  • Current financials and projections
  • Evidence of match funding or lender interest

Tip: If you are unsure whether your project qualifies, start with a brief consult—most delays come from missing match alignment and unclear scopes.
